We are thrilled to welcome three talented first-year attorneys to the firm: Megan M. Ealick, Erin T. Jenkins, and Serafina I. Seluja. Megan and Erin previously worked at the firm as summer associates, and Serafina was a spring law clerk. All three return to Gallagher & Kennedy after graduating from law school in May. Their admission to the Bar is pending admittance this October.

Megan M. Ealick will focus on regulatory areas, including administrative law, public utilities, and litigation. During law school, she worked as a legal extern in the Governor’s Office of General Counsel and as a summer intern at G&K, gaining experience across multiple practice areas. Megan served as Editor-in-Chief of ASU’s Law Journal for Social Justice and held leadership roles in the Government and Public Interest Law Student Association. With a diverse background in nonprofit management and legal advocacy, Megan brings a unique perspective to her legal career.
Megan earned her J.D. cum laude from Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, and her Master of Public Administration and B.A. summa cum laude in Anthropology from the University of Arizona.
Erin T. Jenkins will primarily focus on probate, bankruptcy, employment, and litigation. During law school, Erin served as Editor-in-Chief of the Arizona State Law Journal and participated in various internships and externships, including two summers at G&K. Her hands-on experience includes contributing to litigation strategies, drafting legal documents, and working as a student attorney at the Indian Legal Clinic. Erin’s well-rounded background and dedication to public service will be valuable assets to the firm.
Erin earned her J.D. magna cum laude from Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and her B.A. summa cum laude in Political Science, with a Minor in Religious Studies and Criminal Justice Studies, from Elon University in North Carolina.
Serafina I. Seluja will practice primarily in environmental and natural resources law, administrative law, and litigation in our New Mexico office. During law school, she served as Manuscript Editor for the Natural Resources Journal and gained legal experience while working in the Economic Justice Clinic and as a spring law clerk at G&K. Serafina also earned a Judicial Externship at the New Mexico Court of Appeals and a Fellowship with the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project.
A Santa Fe native, Serafina earned her law degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law and her B.S. in Biology summa cum laude from the University of New Mexico.
