On Friday, July 29, 2023, a Ventura County jury rendered a unanimous verdict in favor of Kevin’s client and against the Defendant. After a 3-week trial, the 12-person jury unanimously found that the Defendants breached the parties’ agreement, the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and its fiduciary duties to the Plaintiff. The jury awarded Kevin’s client $10 million in compensatory damages and $2 million in punitive damages.
