On Saturday, July 25, 2026, shareholder Shannon Clark was inducted as a Fellow into the International Academy of Trial Lawyers (IATL) at the organization’s 2026 mid-year meeting in Yountville, California.
The International Academy of Trial Lawyers (the Academy) is a fellowship of lawyers with a singular mission—to protect and promote the Rule of Law. Founded in 1954, the Academy consists of the best trial lawyers as measured by skill, experience, ethics and civility. It represents both sides of the trial bar: prosecutors and defense lawyers in criminal cases; plaintiff and defense counsel in civil litigation.
Throughout his 27-year career, Shannon has built a distinguished practice representing victims of personal injury and wrongful conduct in cases involving motor vehicle and commercial trucking accidents, defective products, medical malpractice, aviation disasters, and other catastrophic injuries. A tireless advocate for his clients, he has secured more than $350 million in jury verdicts, arbitration awards, mediation results, and negotiated settlements. Shannon’s work has also advanced public safety, helping prompt manufacturers to recall or redesign dangerous products and government agencies to revise safety protocols and training practices.
