Employment law shareholder Haley Harrigan will join subject matter experts for a panel discussion, "Whistleblower and Retaliation Law in Practice: From Statutory Protections to Litigation Strategy," at the 2026 State Bar of Arizona Convention.

Haley will join section chair Desalina Williams from Milligan Lawless P.C. and attorney Richard Harris from Richard J. The discussion will also address common real-world scenarios, evidentiary challenges, and best practices for conducting investigations, managing risk, and preventing retaliation in the workplace.
