Scott focuses his practice in the area of tax law, with an emphasis on State & Local Tax Planning, Controversy & Litigation. While in law school, Scott interned for over one year at an investment firm gaining valuable knowledge of business law and transactions.  Additionally, he interned for one summer at the University of New Mexico School of Law Clinical Law Program where he assisted low-income taxpayers with cases under examination, in collection or appeal.  After passing the Bar, Scott attended the NYU LL.M. in Taxation Program to strengthen his understanding of tax law.
