Ken focuses his practice in the areas of environmental law and commercial litigation. His experience includes drafting demand letters, motions for summary judgment, motions in limine, and mediation memoranda. Ken has researched and drafted legal memoranda on a variety of topics, including: hazardous waste, breach of contract, personal injury, and copyright infringement.  After his second year of law school, Ken was a summer clerk at Gallagher & Kennedy where he was able to acquaint himself with all aspects of the firm’s practice.
