A 14-year trial attorney, Kyle is dedicated to helping clients mitigate risk and resolve disputes in the earliest stages of litigation through arbitration, dispositive motions, and alternative dispute resolution. When a dispute cannot be resolved, clients rely on Kyle’s advocacy through all phases of trial litigation, including deposition practice and successfully trying jury trials to verdict.
Before joining G&K, Kyle worked at an AmLaw100 firm primarily defending corporations and individuals on national defense matters, and at a Chicago-based litigation firm handling national and international matters.
