In her corporate practice, Sarah works with micro to large businesses on various commercial transactions, entity formation, contract review, and dispute resolution.

She is passionate about the practice of law and works with clients to resolve complex issues and transactions through a simplified and creative lens. In that vein, she prepares straightforward documents that her clients readily understand and—more importantly—understand why they work.

Before joining G&K, Sarah worked for a Valley law firm for over six years honing her legal skills. During law school, Sarah gained legal experience in the areas of bankruptcy and litigation as a law clerk at a Utah-based firm and as a judicial extern at the Utah Supreme Court. She also worked at the International Center for Law and Religious Studies at BYU and helped orchestrate and host the Annual International Law and Religion Symposium. After her first year of law school, Sarah earned a summer fellowship in New Zealand and researched landlord-tenant laws in Pacific Island countries, such as Fiji, Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu, and Niue.

While earning her undergraduate degree, Sarah volunteered in the South African bush to fight against rhino poaching. She also volunteered with the National Association of Women Judges.
