With a legal career in personal injury and wrongful death that spans over 35 years, Bob is tireless in his dedication and resolve to seek justice for each and every one of his clients.  From the very first meeting with any prospective client, Bob’s easygoing manner engenders trust because he is naturally compassionate, sincere and possesses a unique ability to understand and communicate with clients from all walks of life.  This same direct, common-sense approach has proven to be extremely effective in cases that are ultimately heard by juries.

Recently, in 2019, in a trial in May in Tucson, Arizona, Bob represented the mother of a 20-year-old man that died while detoxing at Sierra Tucson, a drug rehab facility . Sierra Tucson denied fault for her son’s death, and only offered $350,000 to settle the case. The jury returned a verdict for $5 million for Bob’s client. See the story of Bob Boatman’s hospital negligence case. Additionally, in September, Bob tried a case in Payson Arizona for a young man injured while riding a motorcycle on a dirt road. He collided with a pickup truck being driven by the local fire captain. The defendant denied fault, and his insurance company, State Farm, only offered $20,000 to settle the case. The Jury returned a verdict of $500,000 for Bob’s client.
