Gallagher & Kennedy, P.A. announced that shareholder Shannon Clark has been selected as one of the Phoenix Business Journal’s “Forty Under 40” for 2013. Now in its 13th year, the “Forty Under 40” awards spotlight those young professionals who have made a significant impact on both their industry and community.
Out of the 315 nominations submitted, 40 recipients were chosen by a panel of seven judges as the best among the exceptional field of nominees. Mr. Clark will join the 39 award recipients for a recognition event on June 27 at the Phoenix Art Museum. Additionally, the 2013 class will be featured in a special “Forty Under 40” section of the Phoenix Business Journal’s print and online editions.
Mr. Clark focuses his practice on in matters of catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death and appellate cases. His diverse experience includes product liability, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, elder abuse, commercial trucking, police misconduct, construction site accidents and insurance bad faith.
In addition to practicing law, Mr. Clark is a Board Member and Past Chairman of the Arizona Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired, where he contributes expertise in organizational governance and fundraising. Additionally, he has a passion for youth sports, devoting himself to coaching teams of young children, including his own.
