Bill King focuses his practice on complex commercial dispute resolution and plaintiff advocacy in state and federal courts. A proven litigator, trial and appellate attorney, plaintiff advocate, and problem-solver for businesses and individuals involved in serious and high-stakes disputes, Mr. King delivers extensive courtroom experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants alike. His practice includes commercial litigation, professional malpractice, personal injury, and large-scale class action prosecution of claims for securities fraud, consumer fraud, professional liability, aiding and abetting liability, and qui tam cases.

Mr. King earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from Creighton University School of Law, and his Bachelor of Arts in English from Rockhurst College.
