Join G&K environmental attorneys Dal Moellenberg and Samantha Catalano at the 2025 New Mexico Groundwater Conference, hosted by the American Ground Water Trust, on July 15 and 16 in Albuquerque.
The two-day conference will feature expert panelists and presentations addressing complex groundwater issues, while promoting collaboration and information sharing among landowners, water users, regulators, resource managers, scientists, engineers, attorneys, and engaged citizens with economic or environmental interests in water resources.

Dalva “Dal” Moellenberg manages Gallagher & Kennedy’s Santa Fe office and concentrates his practice on water quality and water rights, superfund, hazardous waste, mining law and mined land reclamation, and oil and gas regulation. Dal’s experience includes all types of administrative proceedings, including rule-making, permitting and licensing, defense of regulatory enforcement actions, appeals of agency actions, and settlement, ADR, and litigation concerning environmental and other regulatory matters. He is an active member of industry and professional associations, including the Environmental and Natural Resources Sections of the New Mexico and Arizona State Bar Associations. Samantha Catalano focuses her practice primarily in the regulatory areas of civil litigation, environmental and natural resources, and oil and gas law. She has successfully handled motions and trial preparation, and has appeared before regulatory bodies such as the Oil Conservation Division (“OCD”) to present Applications for Compulsory Pooling and other permits.
