Gallagher & Kennedy is pleased to welcome back land use attorney Rodney Q. Jarvis to its real estate department. Rod has dedicated his 37-year legal practice to representing residential, commercial, and industrial developers throughout Arizona in all aspects of planning and zoning for their projects.
Active in the industry and trade community, Rod is a member of Phoenix East Valley Partnership and the Mesa Transportation Advisory Board, has served as a zoning enforcement officer for Maricopa County, and is a former member of the City of Phoenix’s Camelback East Village Planning Committee, Maricopa County Parks & Recreation Commission, Maricopa County Development Ad Hoc Task Force, and Citizens Transportation Oversight Committee (Maricopa County/ADOT).
