John Norling & Auto Dealer Team Handle Multi-Line Powersports Dealership Acquisition for Large Auto Group

In early March, the firm assisted a long-time client in acquiring substantially all of the assets of a multi-line powersports dealership located in Reno, Nevada. Our client – an auto group with decades in the retail automotive dealer industry – is headquartered in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, and consists of seven auto dealerships and five powersports dealerships.

This acquisition marked the eighth transaction handled for this Arizona-based auto group.

Retail auto dealer counsel John Norling led the transaction with the assistance of Bridget Cano, Yolanda Baca, and Tyler Thorne.
