Benchmark Litigation recognizes the leading US attorneys and firms at a local and national level. The rankings are based on a six-month research period that allows researchers to conduct extensive interviews with litigators and their clients. Recommendations are based on interviews with the nation’s leading private practice lawyers and in-house counsel. During these interviews, Benchmark Litigation examines recent casework handled by the firms and asks sources to offer their professional opinions on litigators practicing within their state.
