Mike Kennedy “Diamonds Back” Field Building Program Unveiled its 44th Field

The Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation, through the Mike Kennedy "Diamonds Back" Field Building Program, and APS unveiled a new youth baseball field in Winslow.  The field was named after Winslow native and D-backs Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer Tom Harris, who has dedicated most of his career to the organization, serving for over 28 years. Since the Mike Kennedy "Diamonds Back" Field Building Program's inception in 2000, 44 baseball and softball fields were built or renovated with the help of APS and charitable donations from D-backs players. The fields offer quality facilities with new equipment and additional support from local contractors and businesses. Children from across the state benefit from this program.
