Kevin Neal recently obtained a significant settlement for the widow and daughters of a pilot killed in a plane crash. The case was litigated in Ohio, where the crash occurred. Although the defendants claimed it was pilot error, Kevin worked diligently to prove otherwise and hold accountable the people and businesses that operated and maintained the airplane.
During pre-trial negotiations, Kevin settled the case for the maximum insurance policy limits from the defendants arising out of claims of negligent maintenance and repair of the plane that crashed. The amounts paid by the insurance companies are covered by a confidentiality agreement, and the clients are extremely grateful for the hard work and perseverance on their behalf by Kevin and his litigation team at G&K.
