Gallagher & Kennedy is pleased to announce that Haley A. Harrigan has been appointed chair of the firm’s employment and labor law department.
Haley’s practice is dedicated to representing and counseling individuals, small businesses, franchised operations, and large corporations in a variety of employment and business disputes, including workplace issues, Title VII claims, restrictive covenants, as well as complex commercial and breach of contract claims, landlord-tenant disputes, product liability, tort claims, and general liability.
We are thrilled to appoint Haley to this role and lead our experienced group of employment and labor legal professionals. Her extensive experience, dedication to client advocacy, and leadership qualities make her the ideal candidate to lead our team in providing exceptional client service.

As an Arizona native with strong ties to the local business community, Haley understands the importance of staying abreast of developments in the law, business, and technology. Her passion for strong client advocacy extends beyond the courtroom and into her philanthropic and community education efforts, particularly in the tourism and hospitality industry.
Before joining G&K in August 2023, Haley gained invaluable experience working at regional and national corporate law firms focusing in the areas of employment and business disputes and insurance defense. Her comprehensive understanding of both sides of insurance issues uniquely positions her to counsel individuals and businesses on managing risks effectively.
Haley earned her Juris Doctor cum laude from Phoenix School of Law in 2015 and her Bachelor of Social and Behavioral Science, focusing in Political Science and Pre-Law, from the University of Arizona in 2012.
