Plenary Discussion of Evidentiary Motions in Eminent Domain Case, Condemnation Summit XXVIII

G&K attorney Jennifer Cranston will co-present “Plenary Discussion of Evidentiary Motions in Eminent Domain Case” with Danielle Constant of Jennings Strouss at Condemnation Summit XXVIII on Friday, October 7th. During their session, Jennifer and Danielle will provide an overview of the legal bases and strategic considerations presented by various evidentiary motions filed in condemnation cases, including motions in limine and motions regarding experts. Attendees will then be invited to engage in an interactive session analyzing evidentiary scenarios based on actual cases and reach their own conclusions regarding which motions to file and whether they should be granted.

Jennifer has served as a co-host of the Condemnation Summit since 2017 and is pleased to co-host the 28th Condemnation Summit with Jennings Strouss attorney Danielle Constant.
