Access!, Condemnation Summit XXXV

G&K attorney Jennifer Cranston will present “Access!” at Condemnation Summit XXXV on Friday, May 8th.

During her session, Jennifer will examine the availability of severance damages under Arizona law arising from the impairment or taking of access rights. She will provide an overview of key Arizona condemnation cases that have shaped the legal landscape surrounding access-related claims and explored how the law may continue to evolve in light of the Arizona Supreme Court’s recent decision addressing severance damages.

The presentation will offer attendees valuable insight into both the historical foundations and future direction of access-related compensation issues in eminent domain matters.

Jennifer has served as co-host of the Condemnation Summit since 2017 and is pleased to co-host the 35th Condemnation Summit with Nossaman attorney Ashley Mahoney. They’ve collaborated with preeminent faculty to share timely information on critical industry issues and discuss the potential impact on business.

A don’t-miss for appraisers, right-of-way professionals, property analysts, and legal counsel handling eminent domain, property valuation, and real estate.
