Kyle earned his J.D. from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, graduating 10th in his class and Order of the Coif, and earning four CALI Awards for top performance (the top grade in each class) in Business Organizations, Secured Transactions, the Veterans Advocacy Clinic, and Advanced Legal Research. Kyle served as Board Member and Note Editor for the Arizona Law Review, and earned the Dean’s Achievement Scholarship, the David A. Paige Scholarship, and the Award for Outstanding Performance in Oral Advocacy. He also served as a Teaching Assistant for two years for the Legal Writing and Senior Writing courses.
During law school, Kyle worked at Gallagher & Kennedy as a 2024 Summer Associate, gaining experience in a wide range of practice areas, including commercial litigation, employment, ERISA, construction, discrimination, eminent domain, and corporate transactions. He drafted complaints, answers, and motions for summary judgment, and delivered legal research and strategic briefings to partners and senior attorneys.
Kyle also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable John C. Hinderaker of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona in Tucson, where he drafted and edited portions of judicial orders, analyzed federal case law, and observed courtroom proceedings.
Before law school, Kyle worked at the White House in the Office of Presidential Correspondence, first as a summer intern and then for two years as Director of Digital Response. In that role, Kyle managed a team responsible for reviewing and responding to millions of emails addressed to the President each year. He also drafted Presidential proclamations, collaborated with the Secret Service and FBI on sensitive correspondence, and prepared weekly reports for the President that quantified the public’s needs and reactions to major policy initiatives.
Kyle earned his B.A. summa cum laude in Political Science and Government from Southern Virginia University. Before starting his undergraduate studies, Kyle spent two years in Germany as a missionary, teaching refugees to speak and write German.
An Arizona native, Kyle can be found on the weekends with his wife and toddler, enjoying the Valley's great outdoors, hiking, fishing, and volunteering in their church.
