Karen L. Duckworth-Barnes

Knowledgeable and resourceful of all case management stages, Karen supports the team from initial disclosures and discovery, through each step of complex trial litigation. She works directly with attorneys to develop case management and strategy, collect all documents necessary for trial, research and prepare drafts for attorney review, and file approved documents in Superior, Justice, and Municipal Courts.

Since earning her degree in paralegal studies over 11 years ago, Karen has mastered the art of working collaboratively and autonomously, leading the docketing process for all conferences, trials, interviews, and mediation, and tracking associated deadlines.
