G&K Celebrates Employee Appreciation Day at the Phoenix Zoo

On April 28th, G&K celebrated Employee Appreciation Day at the Phoenix Zoo, where the firm's management thanked employees for their hard work, dedication, and commitment to the firm and its clients. This special event included a catered luncheon and Zoo tickets for staff to enjoy a break from their usual work routine, bond with their colleagues, and have fun exploring one of Arizona’s most visited destinations.

Our celebration started with a welcome from our Human Resources Manager, Patti Marshall, followed by a speech from a member of the firm's Board of Directors, Shannon Clark, who thanked G&K support staff for their contributions to the firm's success over the last 45 years, and awards for our five longevity recipients.

Celebrating milestones with G&K were Lavonna Noe (40 years), who joined G&K in 1982 and worked as Mike Gallagher and Mike Kennedy’s legal/administrative assistant and now handles all conflicts; Glo Kannberg (20 years), who joined the firm in 2002 and is a litigation legal secretary; Karin Scheele (15 years), who joined G&K in 2008 and is a paralegal in our personal injury group; Jennifer Jesse (10 years), who joined G&K’s IT department in 2012 and now leads our electronic data and litigation support; and Cynthia Hernandez (5 years), who joined in 2018 and works in the accounting department.
