With over 50 years of defense litigation experience, Tom represents clients facing commercial and white collar prosecution in federal and state courts. His extensive trial experience includes cases involving allegations of public corruption, money laundering, fraud, computer tampering, arson, theft, assault, vehicular manslaughter, and capital and noncapital homicide.

Tom’s wide-ranging experience also includes defending allegations of criminal activity that flow from regulatory matters, including investigations conducted by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), as well as workplace fatalities arising out of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) investigations and in trademark infringement and Lanham Act matters.

In addition to his criminal defense practice, Tom has significant experience representing major corporations and corporate executive management and has handled many publicly notable cases in Arizona.

Tom previously worked at Gallagher & Kennedy for 23 years and returns to the firm as Of Counsel after managing his own firm for the past nine years.
