2024 Legal Update: What Auto Dealers Need to Know

Shareholder John Norling presented “2024 Legal Update: What Auto Dealers Need to Know,” at the June 2024 Arizona Automobile Dealer Association (AADA) annual meeting. John’s presentation focused on recent federal and state enforcement activity, regulations, and compliance.

The AADA is a trade association representing the new franchised car and truck dealerships in Arizona. Since its founding in 1939, AADA has provided its members with the tools needed to conduct a fair and honest business, including regular education and industry news, and developing the latest in technology and electronic services that simplify daily dealership tasks.
