For the past 10 years, Taryn has focused her practice on complex and commercial real estate transactions. Her experience includes handling:
- Acquisition, development, and disposition of real property
- Financing
- Title and survey review
- Due diligence review
- 1031 exchanges
- Partnership, corporation, and LLC formation and compliance
- Agricultural compliance with federal and state programs, including the U.S. Farm Services Agency (FSA)
- Zoning, environmental, and water rights issues
- Estate planning
- Trustee’s sales
Prior to working in a law firm environment, Taryn worked in the corporate legal departments at a large construction company, a global investment management company, and a real estate investor and developer. This in-house experience has provided Taryn with an invaluable understanding of the industry.
Taryn earned her degree in paralegal studies with Honors and is a licensed real estate agent.
Originally from Colorado, Taryn moved to the Phoenix area almost 20 years ago. In her free time, she and her husband enjoy the outdoors, spending time with their two teenage boys, and taking care of their animals on their hobby farm.
