• RideNow Powersports in its $575 million hybrid equity purchase and merger transaction with RumbleOn, Inc.
• AZPetVet in its $370 million asset sale to the Aspen Group.
• A private company in its $125 million asset sale in the asset-light transportation and logistics industry.
• Perspective Therapeutics, Inc. (formerly Isoray, Inc.) in its merger with Viewpoint Molecular Targeting, Inc. and several public and private equity financing totaling over $100 million.
• A private company providing actuarial capitation rate development and methodology development services for Medicaid managed care programs in its equity sale to a private equity group.
• A private healthcare marketing company with a database of over 1.2 million physicians and 6,000 hospitals in its stock sale.
• A client in the education industry in its $1 billion debt restructuring.
• A graphite production and treatment business in its private placements for capital raises through sales of equity or convertible debt instruments.

Originally from Paris, France, Guillaume moved to Phoenix, Arizona to pursue his MBA in Advanced Financial Strategies and M&A from Grand Canyon University.
