Erin joined Gallagher & Kennedy after earning her law degree magna cum laude from ASU. While at ASU, Erin served as Editor-in-Chief and Staff Writer of the Arizona State Law Journal, Director of Business Affairs of the Women Law Students Association, and Founding Member & Director of Pro Bono of the Family Law Interest Project.
During law school, Erin earned a judicial externship at the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One, where she acquired valuable courtroom experience by conducting research on discrete legal issues and analyzing trial records and case documents for potential reversible error in criminal appeals.
She also earned two summer internships at G&K, gaining hands-on experience across multiple practice areas, including conducting an independent interview of statutory beneficiaries in a wrongful death police shooting case, drafting a section of an appellate brief for the Indian Court of Appeals, and generating deposition summaries, voir dire, interrogatory responses, and jury instructions for a complex breach of contract case.
During her second year of law school, Erin worked as a student-attorney at the Indian Legal Clinic, where she independently managed case files for probate and estate planning clients, and participated in two on-site, weekend wills clinics at reservations across Arizona and California to prepare wills for Native clients compliant with the American Indian Probate Reform Act (AIPRA).
Away from the office, Erin enjoys creating and selling wheel-thrown pottery, binge-reading Agatha Christie novels, and grilling for friends and family with her fiancé in their new home.
