Two New Shareholders Announced

GALLAGHER & KENNEDY ANNOUNCES
LINCOLN COMBS AND J. RYAN HAMILTON AS NEW SHAREHOLDERS

PHOENIX (October 1, 2012) – Gallagher & Kennedy, P.A., a full service business law firm, announced today the election of two new shareholders effective January 1, 2013.  The two newly elected shareholders are Lincoln Combs and J. Ryan Hamilton.

Lincoln Combs is an associate who practices in the area of litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury and product liability cases.  Prior to joining Gallagher & Kennedy, Mr. Combs was a clerk for Justice Andrew D. Hurwitz, Arizona Supreme Court.  Mr. Combs earned his J.D., magna cum laude, in 2006 from Arizona State University where he served as Editor for the Law Journal.  He earned his M.S.A. in 1997 from Ohio University and his B.A. in 1994 from the University of California, San Diego.

Ryan Hamilton is an associate practicing in the areas of commercial property acquisition, development, leasing and disposition. His practice includes drafting and negotiating commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, covenants, conditions and restrictions and reciprocal easement agreements, and related matters. Mr. Hamilton represents local and national developer clients in the acquisition, development, leasing and disposition of properties, and others entities involved in complex real estate transactions.  Mr. Hamilton earned his J.D. in 2004 and his B.A. in 2001, both from Arizona State University.
