GALLAGHER & KENNEDY ANNOUNCES ADDITION OF TWO ASSOCIATES
PHOENIX (September 19, 2011) – Gallagher & Kennedy, P.A., a full service business law firm, announced today the addition of two associates: Mr. Cober C. Plucker and Mr. Tyler D. Lloyd.
Mr. Cober Plucker has rejoined Gallagher & Kennedy after a brief leave. Mr. Plucker’s practice focuses on general commercial litigation. Prior to initially joining the firm in 2006, he served as a legal clerk at the Pacific Justice Institute in Sacramento, Calif., gaining important experience assisting clients with First Amendment rights and child protective services laws. Mr. Plucker also served as legislative director for California State Assemblywoman Sharon Runner and as a legislative aide to California State Assemblyman George Runner. Mr. Plucker earned his J.D. in 2006 from Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago. He received a B.A. in economics and political science, summa cum laude, in 2001 from Pepperdine University.
Mr. Tyler Lloyd is new to Arizona. Mr. Lloyd was previously a law clerk for Washington State’s Attorney General’s office. He had internships with the White House Domestic Policy Council in Washington, D.C. and the 4th District Court under Judge Lynn Davis in Provo, Utah. Mr. Lloyd earned his J.D. in 2011 from Harvard Law School and served as the Editor of the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. He earned his B.A. in economics and political science, magna cum laude, in 2008 from Brigham Young University.
