GALLAGHER & KENNEDY HIRES NEW ASSOCIATE,
KONSTANTIN PARKHOMENKO, TO THE FIRM’S SANTA FE OFFICE
PHOENIX, Ariz. (August 12, 2013) – Gallagher & Kennedy, P.A., a full service business law firm, announced today that Konstantin Parkhomenko has joined the firm as an associate in the Environmental and Natural Resources practice groups in the Santa Fe office. Mr. Parkhomenko focuses his practice in the areas of environmental and natural resources law, as well as regulatory matters and administrative law issues.
Prior to joining Gallagher & Kennedy, Mr. Parkhomenko was the managing attorney at his own practice in Midland, Texas. He is experienced in handling diverse matters, including oil and gas-related transactions and permitting, royalty disputes, land use and zoning disputes and groundwater contamination cases.
Mr. Parkhomenko has been recognized with the 2011 Burhmester Rising Star Alumnus Award and the Author’s Excellence Award in Legal Research and has been featured as a guest speaker at the University of Texas at Dallas.
Mr. Parkhomenko earned his LL.M in 2011 from the UCLA School of Law with a concentration in environmental and natural resources law. He earned his J.D., cum laude, in 2010 from Texas Tech University School of Law as a Regent’s Scholar and served on the editorial board of the Texas Tech Law Review. He earned his B.A. in 2007 from the University of Texas at Dallas. Mr. Parkhomenko is a certified mediator, is fluent in Russian, Ukrainian and English and has played on two national championship chess teams.
