G&K Adds New Shareholder, Rodney Q. Jarvis, to the Firm’s Land Use & Zoning Practice Group

The law firm of Gallagher & Kennedy announced today that Rodney Q. Jarvis has rejoined the firm as a shareholder in the land use and zoning practice group.

Mr. Jarvis focuses his practice in all aspects of land use and planning including zoning approvals, development master plans, variances, use permits, design review, building permitting, subdivision/platting approvals, general plan amendments and development agreements.

Mr. Jarvis is a member of the Maricopa County Development Ad Hoc Task Force, the Maricopa County Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee, the Phoenix Camelback East Village Planning Committee, the Maricopa County Parks & Recreation Commission and is a Zoning Enforcement Officer for Maricopa County.  He has received the AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell® and is recognized as a Best Lawyer for Land Use and Zoning (2012-2014) by Best Lawyers of America.  Mr. Jarvis has published several articles for the Arizona Journal of Real Estate & Business.

Mr. Jarvis is member of the State Bar of Arizona and earned his J.D., cum laude, in 1985 and his B.A., cum laude, in 1982 from Brigham Young University.
