Gallagher & Kennedy, P.A., a full service business law firm, today announced that Kevin D. Neal has joined the firm as shareholder, practicing in the areas of personal injury & wrongful death, general commercial litigation and product liability. Over his career, Mr. Neal has litigated some of Arizona’s largest lawsuits. While his courtroom experience is extensive, he is also highly skilled in alternative dispute resolution.
Mr. Neal is currently a member of the Arizona State Bar, the Maricopa County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Aviation Insurance Association, the Helicopter Association International, the Defense Research Institute and the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Advisory Posse. Mr. Neal earned the AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell and is a frequent guest lecturer before professional legal organizations and other audiences.
Mr. Neal earned his J.D. from Arizona State University and his B.S. with honors from the University of Kansas. He resides in Scottsdale where he serves as the Judge Pro Tem for Scottsdale City Court.
