Gallagher & Kennedy, P.A., a full service business law firm, announced today that Hannah H. Porter has joined the firm as an associate, practicing in the area of commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Gallagher & Kennedy, Ms. Porter served as a law clerk for Justice Robert M. Brutinel of the Arizona Supreme Court, where she assisted in researching and drafting judicial opinions on a wide variety of legal issues, including constitutional, statutory interpretation and civil questions. Ms. Porter also served as a legal extern for Justice Jill N. Parrish of the Utah Supreme Court.
Ms. Porter earned her J.D., summa cum laude, in 2012 and her B.A., magna cum laude, in 2009 from Brigham Young University where she served as editor of the BYU Journal of Public Law. She is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the Federalist Society.
