Four New Shareholders Elected

GALLAGHER & KENNEDY ANNOUNCES FOUR NEW SHAREHOLDERS

PHOENIX (September 16, 2011) – Gallagher & Kennedy, P.A., a full service business law firm, announced today the election of four new shareholders effective January 1, 2012. The four new shareholders are: David J. DePippo, Martin D. Jones, Matt P. MacLeod and Travis J. Waldron.

Mr. David DePippo, who is of counsel at the firm, practices environmental and natural resources law, focusing on environmental civil and criminal litigation, environmental remediation, federal and state rulemaking, and complex real estate development transactions.

Prior to joining to Gallagher & Kennedy, Mr. DePippo practiced in Washington, D.C. for 8 years. Before attending law school, he served in the United States Coast Guard. Mr. DePippo earned his J.D., magna cum laude, in 2002 from the University of Richmond where he served as the Lead Articles Editor for the Law Review. Mr. DePippo earned his B.A. from the University of Arizona in 1994.

Mr. Martin Jones is an associate who practices in the area of environmental and natural resources law. Mr. Jones earned his J.D., cum laude, in 2004 and his B.S. in 1994 from the University of Idaho.

Mr. Matthew MacLeod is an associate specializing in personal injury trial litigation. Prior to joining Gallagher & Kennedy, Mr. MacLeod worked at the Maricopa County Public Defender’s Office as a Senior Associate. Mr. MacLeod earned his J.D. in 2003 from Arizona State University and his B.A. in 2000 from the University of Notre Dame.

Mr. Travis Waldron is an associate practicing environmental and natural resources law. Mr. Waldron earned his J.D., cum laude, in 2004 from Brigham Young University and his B.A. in 2001 from the University of Utah.
