TO THE FIRM’S BUSINESS LAW & TRANSACTIONS PRACTICE GROUP
PHOENIX, Ariz. (April 28, 2016) – The law firm of Gallagher & Kennedy, a full service business law firm, announced today that Matthew H. Engle, Of Counsel, has joined the firm’s Business Law & Transactions practice group.
Mr. Engle’s practice area will span business formation and governance, contracts and commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities law and franchise law.

Mr. Engle currently serves on the Executive Council of the State Bar of Arizona Business Section and is a member of the State Bar’s Legislative Subcommittee. He graduated with a B.A. from Loyola Marymount University before receiving his J.D. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2008.
Mr. Engle is a founding board member and past-president of the Phoenix Symphony Young Professionals and a former board member of the Friends of European Art, which benefits the Phoenix Art Museum. In 2014, Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton appointed him to the Phoenix Arts and Culture Commission, where he sits on the Advocacy and Marketing Committee.
