G&K Adds New Shareholder, Kenneth A. Motolenich-Salas, to the Firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group

GALLAGHER & KENNEDY ADDS NEW SHAREHOLDER,
KENNETH A. MOTOLENICH-SALAS, TO THE FIRM’S
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PRACTICE GROUP

PHOENIX, Ariz. (June 11, 2014) – The law firm of Gallagher & Kennedy announced today that Kenneth A. Motolenich-Salas has joined the firm as a shareholder in the Intellectual Property practice group.

Mr. Motolenich-Salas focuses his practice in all aspects of intellectual property law including patent litigation and prosecution, trade secret misappropriation litigation, copyright and trademark litigation and prosecution, internet domain name dispute resolution and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Gallagher & Kennedy, Mr. Motolenich-Salas worked as a patent and commercial litigation attorney in both Phoenix, Ariz. and Washington, D.C.  Before attending law school, he served in the United States Navy as a Program Manager for Steam Generator Maintenance at Naval Reactors, a joint effort by the Department of the Navy and the United States Department of Energy, and as a Senior Engineer at Exxon Mobil Corporation.

Mr. Motolenich-Salas is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and is a registered patent attorney by the United States Patent & Trademark Office.  He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, in 2007 from the George Mason University School of Law and his B.S., summa cum laude, in 1995 from the University of Notre Dame.  Mr. Motolenich-Salas also holds a Masters of Engineering (M.Eng.) in environmental engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.  He is a native Spanish speaker.
