Gallagher & Kennedy Announces its Newest Shareholder

PHOENIX, Ariz. (January 30, 2018) –  The law firm of Gallagher & Kennedy is pleased to announce that Andrew E. Dudley has become the firm’s newest shareholder.  His new position became effective January 1, 2018.

Since joining the firm in 2010, Andrew has advised some of the nation’s premier mining companies and trade associations regarding federal and state regulatory obligations.  His practice focuses on hazardous waste management, administrative law, recycling, and remediation.  Before joining Gallagher & Kennedy, Andrew worked at the U.S. Department of Defense and the U.S. Department of Energy in Washington, D.C, on federal environmental, health, and safety programs.
