Gallagher & Kennedy is pleased to announce that employment law attorney Haley Harrigan has been named one of the Phoenix Business Journal’s 2026 “40 Under 40” honorees. The annual recognition highlights 40 of the Valley's rising professionals who are making meaningful contributions within their industries and communities.
As chair of the firm’s Employment & Labor Department, Haley advises employers and businesses on a wide range of workplace, litigation, and business-related matters. Her thoughtful approach, strong advocacy skills, and practical guidance have earned the trust of clients throughout Arizona.
Beyond her legal practice, Haley is actively engaged in community outreach and advocacy efforts. She works closely with Arizona’s Anti-Trafficking Network to help educate hospitality and tourism professionals on recognizing and responding to human trafficking concerns. She is also committed to pro bono work and volunteer service that supports individuals and organizations throughout the community.
The Phoenix Business Journal announced its 2026 class of 40 Under 40 honorees from among 367 nominations, who were chosen by a prestigious panel of previous honorees.
