A Tucson rehab facility has been ordered to pay $5 Million dollars to the mother of a man who died while undergoing treatment there five years ago. The family of 20-year-old Steven Johe filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Sierra Tucson after Johe was found unresponsive and not breathing while under their care. The Johe family is represented by Robert Boatman and Jeff Pyburn.
