Help Desk Analyst/Litigation Technology Assistant

Gallagher & Kennedy is seeking a full-time Help Desk Analyst/Litigation Technology Assistant working in the firm’s Information Technology Department. Hours will be 9:00 am – 5:30 pm M-F.
Ideal candidate will have law firm or customer service experience.  Must be comfortable in a busy help desk environment with the ability to communicate effectively with users in a non-technical manner and with the ability to multitask.  Must be detail orientated and have strong written and verbal communication skills.  Also must be familiar with computer network concepts, Windows 10, and Microsoft Office products.  Experience in discovery and case materials management a plus.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
