Travis J. Waldron
Travis’ practice focuses on all aspects of environmental and natural resources law, including remediation, solid and hazardous waste, environmental compliance auditing, underground storage tanks, land use approvals, lobbying, and environmental liability matters. Travis has worked on remediation sites in more than 10 states, including NPL sites, alternative NPL sites, removal action sites, state-lead sites, brownfield sites, and voluntary remediation sites. He also has been involved in cost-recovery and contribution actions under Superfund.
Prior to joining Gallagher & Kennedy, Travis practiced in the area of labor and employment law. Travis received his undergraduate degree from the University of Utah (B.A. 2001) and his law degree from Brigham Young University (J.D., cum laude, 2004).
