Janel M. Glynn


Janel practices in the Bankruptcy and Creditor’s Rights Practice Group of Gallagher & Kennedy.  Janel has substantial experience representing borrowers, secured and unsecured creditors, corporate debtors, and other parties in all aspects of commercial bankruptcy, out-of-court restructurings, foreclosure and state court receivership.  During law school, Janel served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Jerry A. Brown, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.  After law school, Janel received her LL.M. in Bankruptcy from St. John’s University School of Law in New York.
