Brandon M. Hellewell


Brandon focuses his practice in the areas business law & transactions and environmental law. While in law school Brandon interned for one summer at Gallagher & Kennedy where he was able to acquaint himself with many aspects of the firm’s practice including: researching and drafting demand letters, pleadings, and memoranda concerning commercial litigation, plaintiff’s personal injury, employment litigation, real estate, criminal defense, environmental & natural resources, bankruptcy & creditor’s rights, and nonprofit law; participating in client counseling meetings, mediation settlements, on-site witness interviews; attending depositions; and, federal and state court hearings. He also was an intern at the Arizona Public Safety Personnel Retirement System with the Investment Counsel where he reviewed and summarized private equity deals. In addition, he was a legal extern for the Arizona Department of Education where he drafted legal memoranda and agency rulings on education law issues.
