As an advocate for those seriously injured due to the fault of others, Ashley maintains a robust plaintiff’s personal injury practice where she helps clients and their families seek justice for all manner of catastrophic injury, including medical malpractice, premises liability, and motor vehicle accidents.

In her estates and probate practice, Ashley works on complex probate matters such as those involving multiple beneficiaries, absentee personal representatives, significant debt, death intestate, and will contests. She is adept at navigating family dynamics to solve real world problems for family members and beneficiaries.
In her employment law practice, Ashley represents employers against strict liability and harassment claims brought by current or former employees such as alleged tangible action harassment (quid pro quo) and disability and same-sex discrimination. She also defends and enforces restrictive covenant violations by former employees.
Ashley joined G&K immediately after graduating from law school and working at the firm as a summer associate, where she had the opportunity to work in virtually every area of law. Ashley received her undergraduate degree from Loyola University Chicago. After receiving her bachelor’s degree, Ashley joined Teach for America and worked as a High School English Teacher in Phoenix. While teaching, Ashley pursued her master’s degree in secondary education. Ashley recently served on the Board of TFA’s Arizona Alumni Association.
While earning her law degree at Arizona State University, Ashley participated in the Maricopa County Public Defender Clinic as a Rule 38 Limited Practice Student Attorney and served as a Teaching Assistant for multiple courses, including Contracts, Legal Analysis, Torts, and Constitutional Law.
Ever passionate about engaging in her community, Ashley also mentored Arizona high school students for regional and national moot court competitions through the ASU Diversity Pipeline Initiative and the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project. She was an active member of the Women Law Students Association and the Chicano/Latino Law Student Association and continues to dedicate her time to women’s and Latinx affinity organizations at Gallagher & Kennedy.
An Arizona native, Ashley hails from Casa Grande and enjoys exploring the Valley with her husband, Alex.
