The BTI Client Relationship Scorecard quantifies and analyzes the results of more than 500 in-depth interviews with corporate counsel at Fortune 1000 companies to determine precisely which law firms have the strongest client relationships. Key components in determining law firms with the best client relationships include strong, well-established relationships as a primary law firm and vibrant, enthusiastic client recommendations. The 2014 BTI Client Relationship Scorecard is the 13th annual study of leading corporate counsel.
