GALLAGHER & KENNEDY ADDS NEW ATTORNEY TO BUSINESS LAW & TRANSACTIONS PRACTICE GROUP

Phoenix, Ariz. (November 4, 2017) – The law firm of Gallagher & Kennedy, a full service business law firm, has announced that Dominick San Angelo, associate, has joined the firm’s Business Law & Transactions group. Mr. San Angelo’s practice will span all stages of the business life cycle, including business formation and governance, contracts and commercial transactions and mergers and acquisitions, as well as securities law and franchise law. “Dominick interned with us during the summer of 2015 and we were impressed with his contributions during that time,” said Dean Short, Managing Partner at Gallagher & Kennedy. “We are pleased to welcome him back and believe that he will be a strong addition to our Business Law & Transactions group.” A recent graduate of Duke University, Mr. San Angelo received his Juris Doctor from the School of Law and Master of Arts in Philosophy from the Graduate School. Mr. San Angelo’s law school experience included externships with the Federal Election Commission’s Office of General Counsel in Washington, D.C., where he assisted the Complaints Examination and Legal Administration group in responding to new complaints in connection with federal elections, and as a summer law clerk for Chief Judge Raner C. Collins and Bankruptcy Judge Brenda M. Whinery in Tucson, Ariz., where he conducted legal research and prepared memoranda for the judges and judges’ clerks. During law school, Mr. San Angelo served as an Executive Editor for the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law and Public Policy and as a staff editor for the Duke Law and Technology Review. He also worked for Duke Athletics as a tutor for student athletes and as a mentor to freshman football players.
